Marching Band Student Order Form
There are uniform requirements that must be met for each section of the Marching Band as well as Color Guard.
For Marching Band, these items include: shoes, gloves (except percussion), hot pink socks, “NC Music” baseball hat
For Color Guard, these items include: uniform accessories, dance shoes, hot pink socks, “NC Music” baseball hat
Each student will receive one Show Shirt free – please indicate size on the Marching Band or Color Guard Order Form. If additional shirts are desired, please use the Show Shirt (parents) Order Form. Thanks.
Please complete order form and include fees. Return to school no later than August 25 so that items can be ordered and received on time.

Concert Band and Orchestra
There are “Concert Dress ” uniform requirements that must be met for Concert Band and Orchestra for all performances
The school provides long black dresses for girls and pants/shirts for boys.
Fittings will be done at the school during August so that alterations can be made in a timely manner. If you are able to do alterations, please contact a board member – we’d love some help!
uniform components to be purchased by the student include:
For boys, these items include: black dress shoes with black soles. black dress socks that cover the ankle.
For girls, these items include: shoes must be black and enclosed; they may be in the style of “ballet flats” or Mary-Jane-type “character shoes”. Hosiery to be either black or nude in color.

Choir Ensembles
There are “Concert Dress ” uniform requirements that must be met for all members of each Choir Ensemble for all performances

At this time, we cannot accept any payments or donations through this website. Please print out forms, include cash or check payment, enclose all in an envelope and return to the RMPA mailbox in the Band Room (#302) or mail to P.O.Box 71625 Phoenix AZ 85050. Thank you.
